Effective date: October 15, 2026
This End-User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs use of Level A Financial Hub (the “App”), a private software tool owned and operated by Level A Underground Solutions, LLC (“Level A”). By using the App, you agree to this Agreement.
1. What the App is
The App is an internal business tool. It connects to Level A’s own QuickBooks Online company file so that authorized Level A personnel can view Level A’s own financial and accounting information. It is not offered to the public, to customers, or to any other company.
2. Who may use it
Only people Level A has specifically authorized may use the App, and only for Level A’s internal business purposes. Level A grants each authorized person a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for that purpose. You may not share your access, let anyone else use the App, or use the App for any other company or person.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute the App or its data.
- Try to bypass the App’s security or access anything you have not been authorized to see.
- Disclose information from the App to anyone outside Level A without Level A’s permission.
4. Ownership
Level A owns the App and everything in it. Level A’s financial data remains Level A’s property and stays in QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc., which is not affiliated with Level A and does not sponsor the App.
5. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Information shown in the App comes from QuickBooks Online and should be checked against QuickBooks before it is relied on for accounting, tax, payroll, or legal decisions.
6. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Level A is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the App.
7. Ending your use
This Agreement lasts until it is ended. Level A may end anyone’s access at any time. Use of the App ends when the connection between the App and QuickBooks Online is disconnected, which can be done at any time by revoking the App’s access from the QuickBooks Online account or by asking Level A to disconnect it. After disconnection the App can no longer read QuickBooks data. Sections 4, 5, and 6 continue after this Agreement ends.
8. Changes and contact
Level A may update this Agreement by posting a revised version on this page. Questions can be sent to Level A Underground Solutions, LLC through the contact information on levelaunderground.com. Level A’s Privacy Policy also applies.
